Main components include:
- Leads are fashioned from aluminum soda cans
- Circuit will be simple and modular
- Machine can be battery- or crank-powered
- Electrodes are color-coded to indicate placement on chest
- Machine can be connected to computer via audio jack
- Heart signals can be viewed on the computer
